Getting Started

Becoming a member is straight forward and only requires the following requirements:

Public Servants, Statutory/SOE and company employees who are not existing members.
Employment for 1 year (more than 2 years highly considered).
Minimum fortnight savings deduction of K50.
Under Government / Company payroll.
No CDB or Bad Credit Record for last 12 months.

Valid Identification or ID Cards (e.g. Drivers License, NID, Superannuation ID, Employer ID or Passport)
3 Current Payslips
Bank Statement.
Confirmation of Employment letter from employer
Current Superfund Statement

When member has sufficient savings over K300

When a member has sufficient savings over K200

This is possible when your savings is higher than the loan including the unearned interests on the loan.

If all requirements under this loan product is met and potential member with good credit ratings.

If the listings of the deductions not submitted on a timely manner by the Payroll Officer of the member organizations.
If the deductions don't match the payments.
Big deposits to be verified according to AML/CTF requirements.
If there's no proper description on the bank statements of the deposits mad.
